The South West Corner of Australia

Tucked away in the corner of West Australia is the beautiful south-west and the abundant food it has to offer due to its unique climate and landscape.

From cheese, milk and oranges in Harvey, to salmon fishing in Walpole, this region also has everything in between with award winning vineyards, fresh crispy apples, succulent cherries, mouth watering truffles and our very own fresh-water crayfish, the marron.

Keep watching my blog and join me on my south-west food journey where I will share some of my favourite recipes using local products, and show you some of what the south-west has to offer, right on my back door step, a foodies paradise.
